The week you're probably having

Your team stays. Your tools stay. The pile of engineering work nobody has time for is what goes.

CAD backlog

Today

Your one design engineer is three weeks behind on drawing updates. Sales quotes wait on models, and the backlog grows every time production interrupts with a redline.

With FractalWorks

A dedicated CAD engineer clears redlines and keeps models current while your senior engineer runs the plant. The backlog burns down instead of piling up.

Quotes & RFQs

Today

An RFQ needs pricing from six suppliers. Your ops manager chases quotes between line issues, half the vendors answer late, and the job goes to whoever answered first.

With FractalWorks

A supply chain specialist sends the RFQs, chases every vendor, and has the pricing assembled before your morning standup.

Audit prep

Today

The ISO audit is in six weeks. Procedures live in three binders and one person's head, and quality prep happens at night after everyone's real job.

With FractalWorks

A quality engineer rebuilds the documentation and owns the audit calendar. Prep becomes a project with a schedule instead of a fire drill.

The empty seat

Today

The req for a mid-level engineer has been open five months. The recruiter wants $20,000, two finalists ghosted, and the work is still landing on you.

With FractalWorks

You pick from vetted profiles this week and the seat is filled this month, at 40% less than the salary you posted.

Recognize your week? It costs nothing to see who could take it off your plate.

    Kickoff and profiles

We map the roles you need and send matching profiles from the bench.

  3. Week 3

    Onboarding

Your engineer sets up in your CAD seats, ERP, and standup. We handle everything on the Ecuador side.

  4. Week 4

    First deliverables

Drawings, quotes, or quality docs start moving. You review the work like you would anyone's.

// From the founders

“We started FractalWorks because we kept watching small US manufacturers lose months trying to fill seats that Quito could fill in weeks. The talent is here. The time zone matches. Someone had to build the bridge.”

// FAQ

The questions every plant manager asks

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly — we answer within a business day.

Who actually employs the engineer?

We do. FractalWorks carries the Ecuadorian payroll, social security, statutory benefits, and labor compliance. You get one flat invoice and none of the employment overhead.

Do they really work our hours?

Yes. Quito is on US Eastern time year round, so your engineer is online when you are. Central-time clients shift the schedule by an hour and it works the same way.

What tools do they work in?

Yours. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, your ERP, your PLM, your quality system. You provide the license seats and standards; we provide the engineer who learns them fast.

What if the engineer isn't a fit?

Tell us and we replace the position from the bench. The subscription belongs to the seat, not the person, so a swap doesn't restart your contract or your invoice.

How good is their English?

Good enough that you'll judge it yourself in the first interview. Every engineer we place is bilingual and works with US clients daily.

Is there a long contract?

The standard engagement is an annual subscription billed monthly. If you want to test the model first, start with flex hourly work and convert when you're ready.
